What we do to solve it

Your Cloudpillo product is designed to last, but if it doesn't quite live up to your expectations, we're here to fix it.

 

Depending on the situation, we will:
• Repair your product:
We might send you a new case, some extra padding, or parts that will make your product shine like new again.
• Replace your product:
We’ll send you a brand new version of the same item.
• Refund your purchase:
If that’s the fastest way to make you happy again, you’ll get a full or partial refund. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Things to Consider Before Claiming Warranty

Our warranty only covers defective products caused by manufacturing faults.

If your item is damaged for any other reason, it's unfortunately not covered by the warranty. We cannot repair, replace, or refund products if they:

 Stains due to use (Fortunately, your outer cover is washable).

 Damaged due to improper use.

 Being unfit due to poor hygiene.

 Have been used in water (your Cloudpillo products do not like swimming).

 Damaged by not following the washing instructions (yes, so don't be too quick to cut out those little labels!).

 Be deliberately damaged.

What you need to file your claim

To help you quickly, our dream team needs your proof of purchase. Please have the following information ready: 

  • The date you purchased the product.
  • The price you paid.
  • Your order number.

We also need the following information: 

  • Share photos of any defects. 
  • A brief explanation of what exactly is wrong with the product. 
  • The product batch code (which you can find on the bottom of the box or on the care label in the product)
